How to Make a Complaint

Everyone who contacts Rickmuzik Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• How your call or message to Rickmuzik Concrete was handled
• How your personal information was treated
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Rickmuzik Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@rickmuzik.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you have it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
